
Embodied Alignment
Embodied Alignment is a gentle, trauma-informed, body-based approach that helps you slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what is asking for attention. Through sensation, breath, and presence, this work supports awareness and healing by helping old patterns and unconscious holding begin to unwind in a safe and supported space.

No prior experience with somatic or energy based work is needed. Sessions are gentle, non invasive, and deeply personal.​

When we slow down and listen to the body, tension can ease, boundaries can clarify, and emotions can move through rather than getting stuck.
