In a world that often asks us to disconnect, Embodied Alignment is an invitation to return—to yourself, your body, your breath, your power. This work supports you in gently unwinding old patterns, reestablishing boundaries, and reconnecting with the core of who you are.

It’s healing that happens not just through words or supplements, but through the body itself—through sensation, presence, breath, and deep listening.

What Is Embodied Alignment?

Embodied Alignment is a trauma-informed, somatic technique that gently supports you in processing what arises during hands-on therapy or life transitions. It is a way of attuning to your inner experience in real-time—so that old patterns, stuck emotions, or unconscious holding can begin to unwind in a safe and supported space.

This work draws from:

  • Somatic dialogue and body-based awareness

  • Yoga philosophy and breath-based grounding

  • Emotional processing tools from trauma-informed care

  • Guided meditation and imagery

  • Naturopathic insight and intuitive presence

Rather than pushing past discomfort or dissociation, Embodied Alignment invites you to move with compassion toward yourself. We work together to notice what’s happening—physically and emotionally—and create space for integration and release.

Who Is This For?

Together, we create space for your body to speak. That might look like guided breathwork, guided meditation, subtle movement, intuitive dialogue, or utilizing plant allies. Each session is different, because you are different each time you show up.
