Embodied Alignment

Embodied Alignment is a gentle, trauma-informed, body-based approach that helps you slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what is asking for attention. Through sensation, breath, and presence, this work supports awareness and healing by helping old patterns and unconscious holding begin to unwind in a safe and supported space.

Who Is This For?

Embodied Alignment may be supportive if you are:

  • Moving through grief, anxiety, or major life transitions

  • Feeling disconnected, shut down, or numb in your body

  • Healing from trauma or people pleasing patterns

  • Seeking spiritual support that is grounded and body based

  • Curious about energy work but wanting something practical and real

  • Feeling called to reconnect with your body’s wisdom

No prior experience with somatic or energy based work is needed. Sessions are gentle, non invasive, and deeply personal.

Why This Work Matters

Many of us are taught to live from the neck up, thinking, analyzing, and pushing through. Embodied Alignment offers a different approach. When we slow down and listen to the body, tension can ease, boundaries can clarify, and emotions can move through rather than getting stuck. Healing happens in relationship with the body, not in spite of it.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are and reconnecting with what is already steady, wise, and present within you.

Embodied Alignment draws from:

  • Somatic dialogue and body-based awareness

  • Yoga philosophy and breath-based grounding

  • Emotional processing tools from trauma-informed care

  • Guided meditation and imagery

  • Vocal sound healing

  • Naturopathic insight and intuitive presence

Rather than pushing past discomfort or dissociation, Embodied Alignment invites you to move with compassion toward yourself. We work together to notice what’s happening physically and emotionally and create space for integration and release.
