Practice

Our practice provides integrative naturopathic primary care using a whole-person approach. We combine evidence-based medicine, functional lab testing, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, yoga therapy, and integrative pelvic floor therapy to address root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.

Care plans are personalized to each patient’s health history, goals, and lived experience. Whether supporting hormone balance, reproductive health, digestive concerns, chronic illness, or long-term wellness, our approach emphasizes prevention, collaboration, and patient education.

We are committed to relationship-centered care that is accessible, empowering, and grounded in both science and traditional healing principles.

Practice Vision

People Over Profit

This practice is built on care, relationship, and trust rather than speed or volume. Patients deserve transparency about how healthcare systems affect access, affordability, and sustainability.

In Oregon, naturopathic physicians often do not receive pay equity with other primary care providers. Reimbursement is lower, inconsistent, or often denied. These realities reflect a healthcare system that prioritizes profit and bureaucracy over care and we've had enough!

The long-term vision is to build an employee-owned cooperative practice where patients can receive care without fear of denials or surprise bills, practitioners are fairly compensated, and staff work within sustainable systems.

The practice remains committed to accepting Oregon Health Plan while expanding a transparent, community-supported, equity-based model of care.

Treatment Plans

Care begins with listening. Each patient’s story, history, and lived experience matter. Understanding the whole picture allows for care that is personalized and grounded. Providers offer evidence-based options, traditional therapies, and clinical insight to support informed decision-making. New patient visits are 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 to 45 minutes. Time for documentation is built into appointments to prevent hidden fees. The goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported.

Providers evaluate both standard screening labs and specialty testing. Functional lab ranges are used to support optimal health, not just disease prevention. Routine labs are often covered annually by insurance. Specialty testing may include micronutrients, comprehensive GI panels, hormone profiles, and other advanced assessments when appropriate. Results are reviewed in detail, and lived experience always guides next steps.

Manual therapy is an integral part of the practice. Follow-up visits may include abdominal massage, uterine massage, or pelvic floor therapy for concerns such as digestive health, fertility, PCOS, pelvic pain, incontinence, or postpartum recovery. Care is sex-positive and trauma-informed. Integrative pelvic therapy may include internal techniques when appropriate, always with explicit consent and respect for personal boundaries.

Treatment plans are individualized, practical, and aligned with real-life circumstances. Core modalities include herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, physical medicine, yoga-based practices, integrative pelvic therapy, and prescription medications when indicated. Financial accessibility is considered in every plan. When supplements are not feasible, alternatives are offered, often emphasizing food as medicine and accessible community resources.
