Summer 2027
There comes a moment when pushing through no longer works. This is where you return to something deeper.

Rooted in naturopathic medicine and nervous system science, this retreat supports you in moving beyond stress and burnout into regulation, expression, and deep reconnection with your body.
Held in the wild, living landscape of Sitka, Alaska, this experience offers both restoration and activation.
It is a space to reconnect with your voice, your creativity, your boundaries, and your relationship to your body and the natural world.

Here, healing is not only quiet and restorative.
It is expressive, relational, and alive.

Across four nights and three full days, this women's retreat in Alaska includes:

This is a space where your nervous system can soften, your body can release what it has been holding, and your voice can begin to take shape again.
This retreat supports both deep rest and inner power. You are held in safety while also invited into truth, expression and connection.
Immersed in the natural rhythms of Alaska, you are invited to remember something fundamental: you are not separate from nature. As you reconnect with the Earth, your body begins to regulate, restore, and come back into balance.

Wild Return is a women’s wellness retreat for those ready to reclaim their health, reconnect with their bodies, and step into their inner power
Wild Return is an invitation to come home to your body, your voice, your power, and your place in the living world.
Sample Daily Flow
Mornings begin with coffee on the deck and the sound of eagles overhead. Light touches the water, and something in you softens into the landscape.

Afternoons unfold slowly. Time on the shore, in the hot tub, or simply watching the rhythm of the ocean and sky.
Evenings bring warmth, firelight, and shared meals.

You are invited into each offering, and free to choose your level of participation. This is your healing. It asks for listening, for attunement, for honoring what your body needs in each moment.

Here, there is space to do everything. Or nothing at all.

Physician-led consultation
A defining feature of Wild Return is the integration of clinical insight with deeply embodied healing.

Each participant will receive a 1:1 functional medicine consultation with Dr. Andy Turner, ND. These sessions explore your unique physiology, patterns, and health goals, helping translate your retreat experience into clear and individualized next steps.

For those who desire a more comprehensive clinical approach, optional functional lab testing is available. This may include advanced nutrient analysis and hormone evaluation, offering deeper insight into your internal landscape and allowing for more precise and targeted care.

Every participant will receive a curated health binder to support their ongoing journey. This includes personalized recommendations such as nutrition and lifestyle guidance, herbal and botanical protocols, and other therapeutic considerations tailored to your needs.

For continued support, extended consultations are available before or after the retreat through telemedicine. These sessions allow for in-depth lab review, ongoing guidance, and refinement of your care plan.

You will leave not only feeling restored, but equipped with clarity, clinical insight, and a grounded, actionable path forward.
