We strive to make yoga accessible for all bodies and skill levels. Empower yourself with the aid of props such as blocks, straps, blankets and chairs, to go beyond the pose and fearlessly chase what ignites your soul.

Mindfulness-based yoga uses asana and pranayama to build self-awareness and compassion. It supports stress management, mental health, and overall well-being so you feel at home in your body.​
