Wild Return is a restorative women's retreat in the Pacific Northwest designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

Through nourishing meals, time in nature, meaningful connection, and guided experiences for body, mind, and spirit, you'll be supported in releasing stress, restoring your energy, and returning home feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.

Whether you're feeling burned out, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply longing for space to breathe, Wild Return offers a place to rest, reflect, and reconnect.

Through breath, sound, and embodied exploration, you'll be invited to reconnect with your voice and the wisdom held within your body. This practice creates space for truth, grief, creativity, and self-expression to emerge.

What's Not Included:

  • Alcohol. We encourage participants to minimize or abstain from alcohol during the retreat to support deeper connection with themselves, the group, and the natural environment. If you choose to imbibe, we ask that it be done mindfully and with respect for the shared space.

  • Travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage in case of unexpected changes, cancellations, or interruptions to your travel plans.

Nestled along the banks of the Sandy River beneath the shadow of Mt. Hood, our retreat home offers a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by old-growth forest, flowing water, and mountain air.

 

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the river beyond, while a wood-burning hearth, riverside hot tub, and outdoor fire circle invite rest, connection, and reflection. Just an hour from Portland, this intimate gathering space has been chosen for its beauty, comfort, and ability to help us slow down and return to ourselves.

Dr. Andy Turner, ND is a naturopathic physician, yoga teacher, herbalist, and women's health practitioner based in Portland, Oregon. Her work blends evidence-informed healthcare with embodiment practices, nature connection, and community healing.

Drawing from years of experience in women's health, pelvic wellness, herbal medicine, yoga, and group facilitation, Andy creates spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful transformation.
