She has been in clinical practice since 2008, taught at the graduate level from 2016 to 2021, and was recognized by Portland Monthly as a Top Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine in 2020, 2021, and 2025.
Listening to the Wisdom of your body
At the heart of Dr. White's work is a simple belief: You are not broken. Your body is communicating.
She believes that our bodies are continually offering signals about what they need, and that learning to recognize and understand those signals can be a meaningful part of healing. Her work is an invitation to become curious about your body, deepen your awareness, and discover what helps you feel more supported, connected, and at ease.

With compassion and respect for each person's lived experience, Dr. White creates space for people to feel heard and understood. She is especially passionate about supporting people in larger bodies who may not have always felt welcomed, seen, or respected in healthcare settings.

Whether working one-on-one or sharing her knowledge through teaching and speaking, Dr. White hopes to empower people to better understand their bodies, honor their individual needs, and reconnect with the wisdom and resilience already within them.
