How I practice
I practice naturopathic medicine with a whole-person approach, combining the best of evidence-based science, traditional healing, and intuitive care. My goal is to understand your unique story, address the root causes of imbalance, and create a treatment plan that supports your body’s innate ability to heal. I draw on tools such as functional lab testing, herbal medicine, nutrition, yoga therapy, and holistic pelvic floor therapy, tailoring each recommendation to your needs, values, and goals. Whether we’re working on hormone balance, reproductive health, or long-term wellness, I strive to make care accessible, collaborative, and empowering—so you leave each visit feeling heard, respected, and supported.

I listen first. Your story matters. Your history, your body, your place in the world – all of this matters. Understanding the whole picture helps me provide care that is truly yours. My role is to offer you information and options, whether they come from evidence-based research, traditional practices, or my own clinical intuition, and to support you in making decisions that feel right for your life and health. New patient visits are 60 minutes, and follow-ups are 30–45 minutes. I schedule time for charting within every visit to help prevent hidden fees. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, respected, emboldened, and cared for.
I offer and am trained to evaluate both standard screening labs and specialty testing. I use functional lab values to help people thrive rather than simply survive. Screening labs are typically covered by insurance annually, while specialty testing can give deeper insight into nutrient status, gut health, hormones, and more. I often recommend testing for vitamins and minerals, micronutrients, comprehensive GI panels, and hormone profiles when appropriate. You’ll always receive a copy of your results, and we’ll review them together in detail. Labs can confirm or clarify what’s happening, but your lived experience always takes priority in guiding our next steps.
Manual therapy is a big part of my practice. Many follow-up visits include abdominal massage for digestive health, uterine massage for fertility, pregnancy, or PCOS, or pelvic floor therapy for pain, incontinence, or postpartum recovery. I work with many people on intimate and often sensitive concerns, including pain with sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, and sexual health challenges. I am a sex-positive practitioner and will always meet you at the level you’re comfortable with. I offer hands-on approaches like integrative pelvic therapy, which may include internal work, but I will always honor your boundaries. Your body, your choice—always. We never have to do anything you are uncomfortable with, and you are in the driver’s seat every step of the way.
Every treatment plan I create is individualized, practical, and designed with your real life in mind. I’m known for connecting people with community resources that help them grow and feel supported. My core modalities include herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, diet and lifestyle changes, physical medicine, yoga-based practices, and integrative pelvic therapy. I also prescribe medications when appropriate. I’m mindful of financial realities! If expensive supplements aren’t in your budget, I’ll find alternatives. Often, I lean on food as medicine, and I love finding ways to help patients thrive, whether they shop at the farmers market, use SNAP benefits, or rely on food pantries.
Rates
I am actively working to transfer my insurance credentialing to my new location. I expect to be able to see patients with BCBS, Providence, and OHP right away; however, re-credentialing with other insurance plans may take longer. During this transition, some visits may need to be self-pay. Insurance credentialing timelines are outside of my control and can take several months to complete.

Returning patients are also eligible for a 20% discount off the standard cash rate during this transition period.

Standard visit rates are as follows:
-
New Patient Visit (75 minutes): $260
-
Return Patient Visit (60 minutes): $180

Visit pricing includes face-to-face consultation time as listed above, as well as time dedicated to charting, laboratory and imaging review, research, administrative work, and specialty or peer consultation as needed.

To support access to care, I also offer an equity pricing model with sliding-scale options for patients paying out of pocket:
-
New patient visits (75 minutes): $210–$260
-
Return visits (60 minutes): $130–$180

I also offer a limited number of scholarship appointments each month for those experiencing significant financial hardship, which reduce the visit fee to $75 per appointment.

If you are in a position of financial abundance and would like to support access to care, you're invited to contribute to the scholarship fund. Suggested donations of $25–$260 help offset the cost of visits for others and are deeply appreciated.

Because coverage varies (even within the same insurance company!) please confirm your benefits directly with your insurer before your first appointment.

It’s important to know that your insurance coverage is ultimately your responsibility. While I do my best to help prevent unexpected charges, there’s only so much I can anticipate without your active participation. To avoid surprises, I strongly recommend contacting your insurance company before your first visit to confirm whether naturopathic care is covered under your plan.

Most of my services are covered by insurance, but some plans specifically exclude naturopathic care, and for certain insurers we may be considered out-of-network.

Typical visit codes I may use include:
When checking your insurance coverage, I recommend asking your insurance carrier if the following billing codes are included under your naturopathic benefits:

-
New Patient Office Visit Code: 99205
-
Return Patient Office Visit Code: 99215
-
Extended time codes (for lab review, referrals, research, coordination of care, and other administrative work outside of face-to-face visits): 99417, G2212
-
Manual therapy/pelvic floor therapy: 97140, 98927

If you find that any of these codes are not covered under your naturopathic benefits, are subject to your deductible or require a prior authorization, please let me know as soon as possible so we can make a plan together to ensure you receive the highest quality care while keeping your costs manageable.

No insurance? No problem.
If you’re paying out of pocket, I offer an equity pricing model designed to reduce barriers to care. This sliding-scale option is rooted in shared responsibility and is intended to support access for those most impacted by financial and systemic inequity.
