Integrative Pelvic Therapy in Portland, Oregon

Gentle, whole-body support for pelvic pain, postpartum recovery and root connection

What Is Integrative Pelvic Therapy?

Integrative Pelvic Therapy is a gentle, trauma-informed approach to pelvic floor care that combines hands-on therapy, myofascial release, breath, movement, and naturopathic insight. This work supports both the physical structures of the pelvis and the nervous system, helping the body move toward greater comfort, coordination, and ease.

Who This Is For

Integrative Pelvic Therapy is for anyone with a pelvis. You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from this care. Common complaints I help people with include:

  • Pelvic pain, pressure, or heaviness

  • Urinary leakage or urgency

  • Pain with sex or orgasm

  • Low libido or pelvic numbness

  • Postpartum recovery

  • Perimenopause or menopause transitions

  • Prolapse, scar tissue, or post-surgical recovery

  • Menstrual irregularities, endometriosis, or interstitial cystitis

  • Abdominal pain, bloating, IBS, or constipation

  • Fertility, pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion support

  • A desire for greater connection to the body and root chakra

  • Trauma processing

Sessions may include:

  • Gentle internal and external pelvic floor evaluation

  • Intravaginal massage, myofascial release, and abdominal massage

  • Assessment for diastasis recti, prolapse, muscle tone, and postural patterns

  • Breathwork, visualization, and Embodied Alignment to support emotional and energetic healing

  • Mindful movement and yoga-based exercises to support core integrity, mobility, and nervous system regulation

  • Clear education about your pelvic anatomy and simple practices for home care
