Yes! We are currently accepting new patients 28 days of age and older and would be honored to support your care.

Simply use our online scheduler to request a New Patient Appointment (adult or pediatric). Appointment requests are reviewed and confirmed within three business days.All intake forms and consent documents must be completed before your first visit so we can spend your appointment focused on your health rather than paperwork.

Please schedule using your child's name and date of birth, along with the guardian's contact information.

Everyone is welcome to schedule as a self-pay patient. We use an equity-based, choose-your-rate pricing model, allowing you to select the payment tier that best reflects your financial circumstances. This approach helps make care more accessible while supporting the sustainability of our practice. You can learn more about our self-pay pricing here.We also offer a limited number of insurance appointments through Regence BCBS of Oregon, OHP CareOregon, OHP Fee-for-Service (Open Card), and Heraya Health, available on a first-come, first-served basis. We plan to complete our transition to a fully self-pay practice by 2028.

We use secure text messaging and email for appointment reminders, forms, and care updates. An email address is required to access your patient portal and complete your intake paperwork.

Yes. A credit card is required on file for billing purposes, with the exception of patients covered by Medicaid (OHP).

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, may incur a $75 late cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and helps preserve appointment availability while supporting the sustainability of our small practice.
